LombokEvents.com is run by PT Lestari Buana Makmur, Lombok, Indonesia ("we"). By using the site or buying a sponsored placement you agree to these terms.

Event listings

We list events in Lombok and nearby islands from public sources such as venue, ticketing and tourism pages, and check the list every morning. Dates, prices and details can change, so always confirm with the organiser before you travel or buy tickets. We are not the organiser of the events we list and are not responsible for them.

If you run an event and want it corrected or removed, email marketing@lombokevents.com and we will act on it within 2 working days.

Sponsor terms

What you buy

• Featured card: one of 3 large cards above the event list on the home page.
• Ticker spot: your name and one line on the scrolling sponsor ticker pinned to the bottom of the home page.

Placements run by the week, Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 WITA. A booking for the current week starts as soon as it is paid. Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah on the Feature your event page. A sponsor's first paid week is half price, and 4-week bookings are 15% off.

Payment

• PayPal or card: charged in US dollars at the rate shown at checkout. Your slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
• Bank transfer: send the exact amount shown, including the last three digits, which identify your order. Your slot is held for 24 hours and confirmed when the money arrives. Transfers of a different amount may take longer to confirm.

If two people pay for the last slot in the same week, the second payment is refunded in full.

Ad content

Ads must promote a real event, venue or business in Lombok, Sumbawa or the Gili islands, must be accurate, and must link to a working page about it. We do not accept ads that are misleading, illegal in Indonesia, adult, hateful, or that promote gambling. We may shorten or correct obvious typos.

Removal and refunds

We may remove an ad that breaks these rules at any time. If we remove your ad, you get a full refund: automatically for PayPal and card payments, and by bank transfer within 7 days for bank payments. Once a paid week has started and your ad is running, you can't cancel it for a refund. To cancel a week that hasn't started yet, email marketing@lombokevents.com at least 2 days before it begins and we will refund it in full.

Results

We report views and clicks where we can, but we don't guarantee any number of visitors, clicks or ticket sales.

General

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a sponsor is limited to the amount paid for the placement concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: marketing@lombokevents.com.
