PT Lestari Buana Makmur runs LombokEvents.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Contact us about your data at marketing@lombokevents.com.
Visitors
You can browse the site without an account. We don't use advertising trackers. Your browser stores your language choice (English or Bahasa Indonesia) on your own device. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, page and time, for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
Sponsors
When you book a placement we collect your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, language preference, and the ad you write. We use them to take payment, run and moderate your ad, send receipts and weekly reports, and contact you about your booking. We send WhatsApp messages only if you tick the box at checkout, and you can stop them at any time.
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, so we never see your card details. For bank transfers we see the amount, the sender name and the reference shown on our bank statement.
Event organisers
Event listings come from public sources. Where an organiser has published a contact email or phone number, we may use it to tell them their event is listed and to offer a sponsored placement. We follow up once at most. Reply "stop" or email marketing@lombokevents.com and we won't contact you again.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the services that run the site: Supabase (database), Hostinger (hosting), PayPal (payments), and our email and WhatsApp providers. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires. We delete other sponsor data within 2 years of your last booking, or sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to marketing messages. Email marketing@lombokevents.com and we will reply within 3 x 24 hours, as the law requires for access requests.
